- “Following clarification in the Planning Policy guidance regarding the effects of surface water flooding in Aug 2025, the site's net developable area was significantly reduced, thus the site was identified as no longer being a viable option and early termination of the Option agreement (in place until October 2026) was determined to be the best course of action. Consequently, the Directors have decided not to proceed with the project and to liquidate the Company.”
