“The directors have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern. The directors therefore have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements. The Company had net liabilities of £5k at 31 December 2024 (2023: £3k). The directors have received a letter of support from the ultimate parent company that it will continue to support the Company for at least the period from the date of approval of the financial statements to 30 September 2026.”
