“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis in forming this judgement, the directors have considered the Company's cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, including sensitivities for anticipated future market conditions and principal risks and uncertainties. At 31 March 2025, the Company was in a net current liability position of £14 6m (31 December 2023 net current assets of £0 6m), largely driven by intercompany borrowings used to refinance the external loan facility during the period.”
