“The business is part of a wider integrated Group. As a result, the group's forecast cash flows have been considered for the purposes of the going concern assessment. These forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the Group will continue to operate within the level of its current cash reserves and borrowings for at least twelve months from the approval of these financial statements. In doing so, the directors have modelled a range of plausible scenarios to assess the impact of key risks that could reasonably arise and management's potential responses and the scenarios indicate continued compliance with banking covenants and sufficient liquidity throughout the going concern review period. The Group therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
