“The Directors have made enquiries and reviewed cash flow forecasts and available facilities for at least the next 12 months (including subsequent events) from the date of approval of these financial statements. Taking these in to account the Directors have formed a judgement, at the time of approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
