“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. This expectation is due to the availability of cash resources from the company's bank account. The company expects to be able to meet its obligations as they fall due. Additionally the Company has received a letter of financial support from its penultimate parent company. Accordingly, the directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
