“After making enquiries, the Directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the next 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements and will continue to operate as a going concern. The Company is currently loss making and in a net asset position and continues to receive support from its Parent, BOP (Europe) Holdings Limited (the "Parent Company"), with funding requirements assessed on a monthly basis. Funds are drawn down as needed to maintain the Company's liquidity. The Directors have reviewed the current and projected financial position of the Company. These forecasts have been assessed and discussed with the Parent company. A letter of support has been provided by the Parent company, stating its commitment to continue providing the necessary financial support for 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. The Directors have considered the Parent Company's ability and intent to provide this support, including the ability to recover intercompany receivables from Brookfield Property Partners LP in order to provide this support, and are satisfied that it will continue to be provided. Based on this assessment, the Directors are satisfied that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
