  During the financial year ended 30 June 2025 the principal activity of the company ceased as a result of the sale of the entity's operating assets. The directors have determined that the going concern basis of preparation is no longer appropriate. These financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than a going concern basis which includes, where appropriate, restating the carrying value of the Company's assets at values approximating net realisable value.
