“Nestlé S.A. has provided the Company with an undertaking that for twelve months from the date of the approval of these financial statements (until 28 May 2026), it will continue to provide financial and other support to enable the Company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. On the basis of their assessment of the Company's financial position and performance and of enquiries made to Nestlé S.A., the Company's directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and until 28 May 2026 and have accordingly adopted the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of these financial statements.”
