“The directors expect the Company to generate future cash flows from the revenue earned from its services to Ilex Capital Partners (UK) LLP. The members of the LLP have agreed that the LLP will continue its service contract with the Company and provide further support as necessary to enable the Company to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. As such, the directors are confident that the Company has sufficient resources to settle its liabilities in the ordinary course of business and has no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
