“These financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis under the historical cost convention, unless otherwise stated. The directors are satisfied that, at the time of approving the financial statements, it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.After considering these factors, including the financial and operational ability of the Company to continue as a going concern, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence until 30 September 2026.
