“After making appropriate enquiries and considering the recent economic uncertainty, the Board's view is that the Company has sufficient liquidity for the going concern period, being to 30 September 2026. The Parent company has also provided a letter of support to the Directors of the Company stating that it will continue to provide financial and other support to the Company, if necessary, for the Company to continue to trade and pay its liabilities as and when they become due, through to 30 September 2026.”
