Material uncertainty over going concern
The Company is the guarantor of a fellow subsidiary that has an external loan facility due for repayment in March 2026. Additional financing is therefore required by the fellow subsidiary of which the source is not currently committed. The fellow subsidiary has disclosed a material uncertainty related to its ability to repay this debt. The external loan agreement states that the Company is a guarantor of this external debt, and the Company has insufficient funds to settle the March 2026 loan repayment, if this guarantee were to be called upon. These conditions, along with the other matters explained in note 2 to the financial statements, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
