The Company is the General Partner of a Limited Partnership ("LP") that has a material uncertainty in respect of going concern. The LP's material uncertainty pertains to its ability to repay an external loan facility due in March 2026, as disclosed in the LP's financial statements. The going concern assessment has been performed over a period to December 2026. Additional financing is required by the Limited Partnership of which the source is not currently committed. The external loan agreement states that the General Partner is a guarantor of the LP's external debt, and the Company has insufficient funds to settle the March 2026 loan repayment, if this guarantee was to be called upon. This results in a material uncertainty that may cast doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
