“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors and management team have prepared projected cash flow and financial information in excess of 12 months from the date of their approval of these financial statements. The company continues to be loss making through the going concern assessment period. However, it benefits from the financial and operational support of its parent, Volt Technologies Holdings Limited, which has confirmed its ability and intention to provide support should it be required. On this basis, the directors are satisfied that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
