“Management has carried out an assessment of Oak's ability to continue as a going concern. These accounts have been prepared on a going-concern basis. The company will continue trading as a going concern for the year ended 31 March 2026 and will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing of this ARA. In addition, DfE has provided us with a going concern letter signed on behalf of the Secretary of State. This guarantees that if Oak at any time determines that it will not have available to it sufficient cash or other liquid assets to meet its payment obligations in connection with its business activity, then we will promptly notify DfE of the shortfall and DfE will make available to us, as soon as is reasonably practicable, funds sufficient to enable it to meet such payment obligations in full. Management therefore considers that it is appropriate for the accounts to be prepared on a going-concern basis.”
