Going concern
Affirmed

“The consolidated financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons: A cash flow forecast to December 2030 has been prepared which anticipates continuing growth in sales and gross margin. Balance sheet position: the group has net assets of $53.6m (2024: $65.6m), net current assets of $27.9m (2024: $34.3m) and cash of $32.0m (2024: $44.5m). Overall, despite some uncertainty in the economy and potential market risks in global supply chains, management are forecasting to trade profitably for the foreseeable future. They are continually reviewing and managing the risks to the business but at the balance sheet date and for 12 months from the signing of the accounts they believe that the going concern status is deemed appropriate.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-12-31 vs 2024-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
