Material uncertainty over going concern
In preparing the financial statements on a going concern basis, the Directors have considered the financial position and circumstances of the Company. As at 31 March 2025, the Company is in a net current asset/(liability) position of £1,626,806 (2024: (£284,934)) and with a net asset/(liability) position of £3,799,875 (2024: (£90,059)). The Directors have also prepared a cash flow forecast, which indicates that the Company will require additional funding in March 2026. The Company is reliant on funding from Green Investment Group Limited ("GIGL") and the directors expect the Company to continue to receive funding from Group companies to deliver its business plan and furthermore have no reason to believe that this funding would not be forthcoming should the Company require it. However, there is no formal commitment from GIGL to provide further funding and should this not be forthcoming an alternative source of funding would be required, which is not guaranteed. The Directors are also considering a potential sale of the Company, which could result in a change in ownership of the Company within 12 months of authorising these financial statements, and it is not reasonably possible for the directors to predict the intentions of a new owner's plan, strategy and funding arrangements in the event the sale completes. These conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not contain adjustments that would arise if the Company were unable to continue as a going concern.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
