“As at 31 March 2025, the Company's net current assets position was £9,427,101 (30 September 2023: loss of £156,992). A letter of support is in place to ensure that the intercompany loans owed will not be demanded over the next 12 months. The Directors have considered this letter of support and a cashflow forecast and therefore have reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due and continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
