“The Directors of the Company, having reviewed the Company's financial position, working capital and financing requirements, are satisfied that the Company has or will have access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the signing date of the financial statements. More specifically, the Company is expected to continue generating a margin from the provision of management services to Group entities. In addition, there are no external capital commitments or other borrowings that need to be satisfied in the foreseeable future. The service agreement with Petredec Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("PHPL"), the main source of the Company's revenue, is expected to continue indefinitely unless terminated by either party, with a notice period of three months, providing reasonable stability. The directors of PSL have confirmed that there are no plans to restructure operations for PSL in the next 12 months. Based on this assessment, the Directors are satisfied that the Company will have sufficient resources to meet its operational and financial obligations as they fall due. The Directors are hence of the opinion that it is appropriate to prepare financial statements of the Company on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
