“The directors have prepared and considered detailed trading and cash flow projects for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements which indicate that the Group will be profitable at an operating level, cash generative in order to continue to service its financial obligations as and when they fall due and is able to trade within the agreed financial covenants to its funding facilities, which comprises of term loans and credit facilities from the Group's key lender. ... In summary, the directors believe the Group has a reasonable expectation that the Group and company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
