“The financial statements have been prepared using the going concern basis of accounting. The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cash reserves and its revolving credit agreements with Sands Digital Services, Opco, Inc., a related party. Management has performed a going concern assessment and concluded that the Company is able to meet its obligations as they come due and continue its operational existence for at least 12 months from the audit report date due to support provided by Las Vegas Sands Corp. ("LVSC"), the ultimate parent company. Las Vegas Sands Corp. has committed to provide adequate financial support to the Company ensuring that it will be able to satisfy any obligations as they come due.”
