“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the signing of the financial statements and meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Directors consider that the going concern basis of accounting continues to be appropriate due to the letter of support of the Company's ultimate parent Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc., which has confirmed that it will enable the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
