“In assessing the going concern basis of the company the directors have considered a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. At the year end, the company was in a net asset and net current asset position. Having made the requisite enquiries and assessed the resources at the disposal of the group and the company, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will have adequate resources to continue its operation for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
