“The directors have prepared going concern assessments for the period covering 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As at December 2024, the company had net liabilities of £9,056k. Additionally, a letter of support has been provided by the immediate parent company of the Company, Onix Investments Ltd, indicating that it will continue to make funds available to the Company and in particular will not seek repayment of amounts owed by the Company, unless absolutely required, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. The directors therefore conclude that the going concern basis is appropriate for these financial statements.”
