Material uncertainty disclosed

“Following a Pipeline review, it was determined that the site, which was held subject to an Option was no longer viable given the rise in construction costs and significant remediation costs. As a result, the Director's consented to the right to exercise the Option being terminated and for subsequent administrative steps thereafter to be taken. Consequently, the Directors have decided to liquidate the Company within the next 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly these financial statements have been prepared on break-up basis. All assets are measured at realisable value and liabilities at settlement value as at 31st December 2024.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
