“The Directors note that the Company has net current liabilities of £4,798k (31 December 2023: £9,533k). The Directors have assessed the period to 31 December 2026, being the going concern review period. Vertom B.V. has confirmed that it will provide such financial support as necessary to enable the company to meet its liabilities for the going concern review period. The directors have a reasonable expectation that Vertom B.V. has adequate resources and liquidity to continue in operational existence for this period. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
