• “In April 2025, Dream Games Holdings Ltd entered into a binding agreement for the sale of their shareholding in DGT to new investors. The sale of the shareholding was completed on 26 August 2025 and is to be followed by a merger of DGT with Dream Games Dijital Teknolojiler A.Ş. ("DGDT"), which is currently in progress. The transaction will result in the Group assuming debt of $1.45bn which could become repayable on demand, if the merger is not completed within the agreed timeline.”
