“The Company is dependent on the Ultimate Parent for financial support. As stated in the "Going concern" section of the Directors' Report, the Company has obtained a letter of support from the Ultimate Parent which confirms its intent to provide sufficient financial support to enable the Company to meet its obligations as and when they fall due until 28 February 2027 and that they have the ability to provide this support.”
