“On the basis of the Company's working capital and its minimal financial commitments, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources available to it to continue in operational existence for at least one year from the date of the signing of these accounts. For this reason, they are satisfied that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of the Company financial statements.”
