- Affirmed
“Notwithstanding a loss of £117,564 for the year ended 31 December 2024, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors consider this to be appropriate for the following reasons: The continued financial support of the parent/funder. Assessment of any potential implications from the current geopolitical landscape and macroeconomic environment. Consideration of the entity's business model and related risks. Any challenges of the underlying data and assumptions used to make the going concern assessment. Based on the above assessment, no material uncertainties exist that cast significant doubt about the ability of the company to continue as a going concern. Consequently, the Directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due with ongoing support from ultimate controlling parties for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and, therefore, have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “Following the submission of a Hybrid planning application (part detail/part outline) in January 2023 we have worked with the LPA to achieve an approval. This has involved working closely with other landowners and stakeholder groups. We are expecting to get to Planning Committee in February 2025, with a recommendation for approval.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
