The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The directors believe the going concern basis is appropriate because the Company's ultimate parent company, Oliver James Topco Limited, has undertaken that it will, for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, ensure that the Group makes available such funds as are needed by the Company.”
