“The consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have reviewed and considered relevant information, including the annual budget and future cash flows in making their assessment. As at 31 December 2024, the Group has net current liabilities of £1,559,238. The Directors note that the Group has access to sufficient funds to meet its investment requirements as OMERS Administration Corporation ("OMERS") has agreed to provide £134,000,000 in funding, with £58,400,000 unfunded as of 31 December 2024. Additionally, the Directors have considered the cash flow needs of the Group for the next 12 months and note that the Group has access to sufficient funds to meet its working capital requirements for the foreseeable future. Taking into consideration the net current liability position and the unfunded capital commitment from OMERS, the Directors believe the going concern basis of preparation is appropriate.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
