“As at 31 December 2024 the Company has net current liabilities of £60,122,808 and net liabilities of £24,892,808. Further, the Company is reliant on other members of the Group to perform certain operational and administrative functions on behalf of the Company. GLP Bidco Limited, the ultimate parent of the Company, has indicated its intention to continue to make available funds as are needed by the Company for the period not less than 12 months following the approval of these financial statements. As with any company placing reliance on other group entities for financial support, the Directors acknowledge that there can be no certainty that this support will continue. However, at the date of approval of these financial statements, taking into account the financial position of the Group described below, the Directors have no reason to believe that it will not do so. In assessing the ability of GLP Bidco Limited to continue to support the Company the Director has considered the ability of the Group to continue as a going concern. The Group is one of the largest owners and managers of logistics property globally. The Directors have made inquiries regarding the Group's financial position have concluded there is no reason to believe the Group will not be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. As a result of the above considerations the Directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
