- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Having considered the key areas above the Directors consider the presentation of the financial statements on a going concern basis is appropriate. In making this assessment, the directors have considered the credit risk ratings and performance of the top risk merchant customers, the sustainability of their business models and the related chargeback risk exposure. Considering the Company's cash reserves and the risk mitigation measures in place, the directors have concluded that a chargeback loss event in the portfolio that would impact the Company's ability to continue as a going concern is considered very low.”
Significant events
- “On the 6th June 2025, it was announced that Fiserv Inc. had an intention to buy the 49.9% minority stake of AIB plc. in the company. This intention is pending approval from all relevant authorities. Other than described here there were no other significant events between the Balance Sheet date and the date of signing of the financial statements, affecting the Company, which require adjustment to or disclosure in the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
