“The Company is in a net current liability and a net liability position at 31 December 2024 and at the date of approval of the financial statements. The Company participates in the group's centralised treasury arrangements and so shares banking arrangements with its parent and fellow subsidiaries. Cash is swept into a group cash pooling arrangement and inter-company loans are due for repayment within one year, at the balance sheet date. Nestlé S.A., has provided an undertaking that for twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements, it will continue to provide financial and other support to enable the Company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors, having assessed the responses of the directors of the ultimate parent, Nestlé S.A. to their enquires, have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern or its ability to continue with the current banking arrangements until at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
