“The Directors are required to make an assessment of the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future and has assessed the Company's debt and cash position, including the Company's ability to meet its day to day working capital requirements and forecast cash flow requirements prior to its variable lease payments under the terms of the agreement with its parent entity. As at the Statement of Financial Position date, the Company had current assets equal to it's current liabilities of £2,271,000 (2024: £987,000) and cash reserves of £989,000 (2024: £859,000). During the year, the Company has made no profit/loss after tax (2024: £nil). The Directors consider the Company to have sufficient funds and a positive cash flow prior to its variable lease payments to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due. Accordingly, the Directors have concluded it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
