- Affirmed
“The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company has the continued support of its shareholders Legal & General Capital Investments Limited and NatWest Pension Trustees Limited and relies on this continuing in the future. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of 12 months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “A reserved matters application for Phase 1 was approved in November 2023 and the scheme was tendered but not awarded. The Phase 1 design is under review and may undergo design changes to the new smaller format "clubhouse" village centre building.”
- “If this change is approved it will require a redesign and planning permission and will result in a likely start on site in Q1 2026.”
- “A reserved matters application for the remaining Phases 2 & 3 was approved in July 2024.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
