“The Company obtained waivers from their third party banking facility for being in breach of its original current loan covenants and which cover a period beyond 12 months after the date of approval of the financial statements. The Directors have considered plausible downside scenarios and have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue to be on a going concern basis. The Directors have received confirmation that Domus Social Housing Limited intends to support the Company for at least one year after these financial statements are signed.”
