“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The company is a holding entity with no trading operations and a minimal level of expected expenditure over the next 12 months. It is not reliant on external funding or dividend income from subsidiaries to meet its obligations. While the company may receive dividend income during this period, the directors do not consider this income necessary to support the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Accordingly, and having considered all relevant information available at the date of approval of these financial statements, the directors are satisfied that the company will have sufficient resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval. Therefore, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
