“The Company has generated a profit for the year 2024 and is in a net asset position as at 31 December 2024. Both the Company and the Group have made significant investments during the year, expanding On's retail presence, building the brand's image and increasing its product offerings which has been reflected in the significant sales growth year on year, which is expected to continue as well in 2025. The Company's forecasted results show that it will remain profitable and cash generative for at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. As a result, the directors consider that there will be sufficient liquidity within the Company to settle all liabilities as they fall due.”
