“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. BVE has tenants and leases in place and it is planned that around 10 additional properties per year will be available for lease from BVT for each of the next 30 years. BVE will also receive the continued financial support of the parent undertaking, Bournville Village Trust.”
