“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company is reliant upon the continued support of V2X Inc. These accounts have been prepared on the basis that no funding will be withdrawn and additional funding will be made available when and if required. V2X Inc. has signed a legal deed which confirm they have a legal obligation towards the Company to ensure that the Company can meet its liabilities. The directors consider that there is no material uncertainty and the Company will continue in business.”
