- Affirmed
“Notwithstanding net liabilities of £2,366,693 as at 31 December 2024 (2023: £3,944,105), the company generated a profit for the year then ended of £829,871 (2023: loss of £2,280,895). Based on this position the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate. The directors have performed a going concern assessment for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, also considering events reasonably foreseeable beyond this horizon, which indicates that taking account of the inflationary impacts on the UK economy, high interest rates, increased energy costs, labour market shortages and in light of the company's ability to access the GE Vernova group cash pool facility if required, the company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period.”
Significant events
- “On 2 April 2024 GE completed the spin-off of the Digital, Renewables and Power businesses into GE Vernova. This company was part of the transfer. There have been no changes to the company's operations. The only change has been to the ultimate parent undertaking which has changed from General Electric Company to GE Vernova Inc, a company incorporated and resident in Massachusetts USA.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
