Going concern
Affirmed

“The Company's financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. Cash flows are dependent on the continuation, volume, and trading operations of the Company whose day to day working capital requirements may be met from intercompany balances with the group headed by Authentic Brands Group. The directors have performed a going concern assessment which indicates that the Company will continue to generate substantial royalty income and incur limited management and overhead costs, giving rise to substantial profits as a result. Any unanticipated working capital requirements would be supported by access to funds from the wider group. Accordingly, Authentic Brands Group LLC has indicated its intention to make available such funds as they are needed by the Company, or its subsidiary, during the going concern assessment period. Consequently, the Directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
