“The directors report that, having reviewed the Company's current performance, its current cash position and the repayment profile of its existing debt structure, have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue its operations for the foreseeable future. As part of this review, a joint letter of support for the Company for at least 12 months from the date of signing has been signed by the directors of NEXT plc and GPS Coalition Limited. For this reason, the directors have continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
