“The Company is currently in its growth stage, with net losses of £4,368,000 (2024: £3,524,000) incurred during the year ended 31 March 2025 due to its investment in brand building from marketing and expansion initiatives. The Company continues to receive financial support via Loan and Investment agreements, from parent companies Berry Bros. & Rudd Limited and The Edrington Group Limited. The two parent companies also provide the commercial and strategic expertise to facilitate the growth required to deliver future profitability to the Company. Based on the foregoing, the Company's management believes that the Company has adequate financial resources to continue its operations for at least the next twelve months from the date of this statement.”
