“The ultimate parent of the Company, Jack Holdings Topco Limited, has confirmed that it will continue to support the Company for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signature of this report, to ensure that the Company will be able to meet its obligations to creditors as they fall due, and that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue in operational existence for this time. On this basis the directors believe it is appropriate to produce the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
