“Due to the nature of the company, the Directors have obtained a formal letter of support from Greenvolt Energias Renovaveis SA, the immediate controlling party confirming they will provide financial support to the company should this be required for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Consequently, the Directors are confident the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore these have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

• “In March 2025, the generator at the plant owned by Tilbury Green Power Limited, the company's subsidiary, suffered a significant failure resulting in the plant being taken offline. The plant is expected to remain offline until September 2025, when a new generator can be installed. The incident has led to a loss of income and incurred additional costs. However, these financial impacts are expected to be offset by an ongoing insurance claim related to the incident. Consequently, the subsidiary remains a going concern and has limited impact on the company.”
