Significant events
- “An unplanned shutdown occurred on 14 February 2024 due to issues with the ID fan impeller and the flue gas treatment (FGT) system. The plant was offline for large periods during this time until repairs were completed and the plant was brought back online on 29 June 2024. This had a negative impact on performance in 2024, however, this was offset by the insurance settlement agreement mentioned above.”
- “On 18 September 2024 the Group acquired 100% shareholding in Cramlington LHP Limited (Company No. 09769660) and subsequently placed it into voluntary liquidation as per the FRP Advisory letter dated 10 October 2024. The acquisition formed part the Group's strategic objective to acquire the rights to the entirety of the existing and any future offtaker revenues. The shareholders injected £2,915,000 into the Group in relation to the acquisition and this has been reflected in an increase in the loan balance. This amount was also used when recognising the investment in the subsidiary. The investment was subsequently impaired to nil in line with the voluntary liquidation.”
- “After the reporting period, the plant underwent a planned outage comprising a major overhaul of the turbine and the replacement of the LP Rotor. The plant was shutdown on 18 April 2025 and returned to full service occurred on 11 July 2025.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
